Welcome to the Stack!

Sometimes, in my record collecting adventures, I can get caught up in the search and fail to fully enjoy the music itself. The purpose of this blog is not only to share my discoveries with you, but to slow down and digest the music myself. I will note that I share these records out of genuine love for the music and all of the albums come from my personal collection.

I'll focus especially on psychedelic and progressive rock, Krautrock, rare and forgotten funk and soul, library records, avant-garde and free jazz, and early electronics.

I'll link YouTube videos at times - when they exist. For other albums I'll upload track-clips to SoundCloud. When specified, MP3s will be available to purchase. Many records are potentially available for sale or trade, so please write me with requests. 

Comments are encouraged, as I'd love if this space became a forum for discussion of the weird and the wonderful that have been lost in the wax stacks over time.
